If would be impossible to know if the case was indeed an original case anyway. The brand new and sealed CDs still have their original cases, of course. The jewel cases do have some minor scuffing. I specifically used jewel cases that closely resembled the originals. Plus, they are easily replaced.
According to eBay, 34 states now collect sales tax, and the number is expected to increase in I have no control over this, but must remain compliant. There are year CDs from to which have a Volume 1 and a Volume 2, Sexual Healing (Long Vocal Mix) - Various - Dance It Vol. 5 (CD). The Volume 2 had two different artworks. All of the CDs in this complete set had the first version artwork which seems a little harder to find. This first version artwork closely resembles the Volume 1 artwork.
The "Theme CDs" are a little harder to find from this series. As such, all of the tracks are found on other 80s Sexual Healing (Long Vocal Mix) - Various - Dance It Vol.
5 (CD) CDs. I'm just including it for the sake of completion. Four of the CDs are still brand new and sealed. It is rare to see this listed on eBay complete, and you won't have too many opportunities to get this set all-in-one go.
